Perinatal Loss Grief Intensive

A space built for the grief the world doesn't always know how to hold.

You Don't Have to Carry This Alone

Perinatal loss is unlike any other grief. You may be navigating the weight of an empty room, the silence of unanswered expectations, or the invisible labor of holding your loss while the world continues around you. You deserve space to be fully held in that.

This three-hour intensive was created specifically for individuals and couples in the aftermath of perinatal loss: miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss. Rather than beginning a long course of weekly sessions, this intensive offers something different. It is a focused, restorative experience designed to help you understand your grief, regulate your nervous system, and return to your daily life with a little more ground beneath your feet.

You don't have to have the right words. You don't have to be ready. You only have to show up.

This is not about moving on. It is about moving forward, with your baby, your love, and your loss woven into who you are becoming.

Is This Intensive Right for You?

Whether you are looking for a single, contained experience or a meaningful starting point for deeper ongoing work, this intensive meets you where you are. It was designed for people who have experienced a perinatal loss and want a focused space to be genuinely held, to understand what is happening within them, and to leave with tools they can actually use. There is no one right way to grieve, and there is no one right way to use this. We follow your lead.

    • You have experienced a miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss

    • You want support that is focused and contained, not an open-ended commitment

    • You are struggling to function in daily life and need practical tools alongside emotional support

    • You and your partner are grieving differently and want space to understand each other

    • You are ready to begin, even if you are not sure what ready feels like

    • You are currently in crisis or experiencing active suicidal thoughts (please reach out to a crisis line or emergency services)

    • You have an untreated, serious mental health condition that requires ongoing clinical management

    • You are not yet in a place where you can be present with your grief, even gently

A note for couples

Perinatal loss affects both partners, but grief rarely looks the same from each side. One partner may be consumed by the loss while the other is quietly managing, or vice versa. These differences are normal, but they can create real distance. This intensive can be attended individually or as a couple, and includes space to explore how each of you is experiencing the landscape of grief, so that rather than grieving in parallel, you can begin to grieve together.

What Comes After the Intensive

The intensive is designed to stand on its own. You will leave with a clear framework, grounding tools, and a tangible plan for the days ahead. At the same time, grief doesn't end in three hours, and many participants choose to continue their healing through ongoing individual or couples therapy. If that feels right for you, we will talk about what that could look like before we close.

We also offer ongoing perinatal grief counseling with our specialized therapists, and can help you find a grief-focused clinician if continued individual support is the right next step.

The intensive gave me the space to actually go somewhere. I left with rituals, with words for what I was feeling, and with something I hadn’t had in a long time, a sense that I could carry this and still live my life.
